Richard Johansen passed away peacefully at Green Acres Care Center in Toms River on September 18th, 2015 at the age of 76. He was born in Jersey City to the late Thoralf and Margaret Johansen. He proudly served in the United States Army. Richard was a resident of Rutherford for 45 years.
He owned and operated Johansen Book Bindery Company in Hoboken and No. Bergen, NJ for many years.
Richard is survived and will be fondly remembered by his loving brother Walter and his wife Beverly, his niece Carol Kuntz and her husband Bill.

Funeral service will be held on Monday at 11:00am in the Funeral Home, Pastor Peter Wilkinson, Officiating.
Interment following in Hillside Cemetery, 742 Rutherford Ave., Lyndhurst.

Family will receive friends, Monday from 10:00am to 11:00am.
